CARRIE HOLT, a principal and co-founder of Carden Asset Management, has 11 years of experience in commercial real estate management. She began her career in real estate management in 1996 at Trammell Crow Company in Austin, where she was responsible for the daily operations of 600,000 square feet of retail space. She joined Endeavor Real Estate Group in 2000 and managed 260,000 square feet of office space. In 2001, Carrie joined the Retail Management Division of Endeavor Real Estate Group as a property manager and oversaw the retail management and accounting staff as well as the construction of more than 1.5 million square feet of ground-up retail space. Carrie’s most recent project was a 1 million-square-foot retail development. Carrie is a Certified Property Manager® and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Commercial Real Estate Women and the Austin Young Women’s Alliance.
