In full-service management, we prepare a customized management plan to preserve and enhance your asset’s value. This includes an exit plan in accordance with your goals and objectives for the property. We develop cost-effective budgets, hire and supervise competitive service providers to obtain best pricing and services for the property, develop long-range tenant and community relations programs, and perform any necessary due diligence for sale or purchase of assets. Our hands-on managers visit the property weekly and meet with each tenant at least once per month. We provide owners with monthly financial reporting in any format required by the owners or their lenders to keep them informed of the performance of the asset.
Our facilities management services include weekly inspection of property, monthly tenant visits, hiring and supervising of all service providers, and being on-call 24/7 for emergency issues.
