DENIS BRAUCHLE, a principal and co-founder of Carden Asset Management, brings more than 28 years of experience managing retail, commercial, and industrial properties for owners and third-party clients nationwide. Prior to establishing Carden, he led the property management team at Endeavor Real Estate Group with oversight responsibility for an approximate 1.56 million-square-foot retail portfolio. His responsibilities included supervision of the property management staff, contract employees, and service vendors; tenant relations and retention; oversight of tenant finish improvements; and preparation of annual operating budgets and monthly financial reports. He also served as the property management liaison with LaSalle Investment Management, Archon Group, and A&B Properties. Prior to joining Endeavor, Denis managed 10 million square feet of retail properties including 1.5 million square feet of neighborhood/community shopping centers in Austin. Additionally, he supervised the construction management and was responsible for the renovation, expansion, and tenant improvements of 1 million square feet of shopping centers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
